Time to blog more!

It's time to start blogging again. I am definitely going to want to remember these times to come! (Or maybe not.... :p) ANYWAY, Ty and I have had a wonderful marriage so far. I personally think our wedding was absolutly BEAUTIFUL!!!! I will stop writing for now, but will be back soon!

I have really really got to start blogging more! I love it, but lately with everything gonig on it has been crazy. haha! Ty got the opprotunity to preach last Sunday, and he did an amazing job! I'm so proud of him. The wedding is coming along very well. We have almost all the decorations and i have gotten my dress! Its very exciting! I also got the chance to go to Joplin, MO. The scene there is so devistating, and i couldn't be a bit happier that it my family down there was safe. God definitely protected them from harm. He is such a good God!

Its been a loooonnngggg time since i have written! I need to keep up with this better. Anyway, on June 4th, 2011 Ty popped the question and I said yes! The wedding is set for October 15, 2011. Oh goodness. Time flies when you have papers to write! I haven't written in a while. Not much has happened. Ty "preahed" his first message on Sunday. It was more of a five minute thing that dad had him do, but it still counts. I was so proud of him! He did a great job.

I'm sooooooo ready for Christmas to get here! I wanna go buy presents for everyone and have fires in the fireplace! I love fall and winter! They are my favorite holidays. haha.

Well, i know i wrote practically nothing, but it will have to do....that homework won't do itself!

Home Sweet Home

What a week! Florida was so much fun! It was super hot though. Like, 110 degrees everyday. haha. We got to the house late Saturday night. It was a nice house. Very home-like. Then went to church on Sunday. That was an experience. It definitely wasn't the best place we have chosen. Monday we were off to the Magic Kingdom. My favorite part. It was alot of fun. I love Disney World! That night we went to the Polynesian Resort for mom and dad's anniversary. I had White Chocolate Cheescake! YUMMMM. Tuesday was the Kennedy Space Center. I found Ty his gyroscope. Wednesday and Thursday was back to Disney. First Epcot, and then to Hollywood Studios. It was fun, but once again it was soooooooo hot. And Disney was really crowded. Friday was a whatever we wanna do day. We got up super early to watch the sunrise over the ocean. It was beautiful. Saturday came and it was time to leave. We got to the airport super early, but time passed quickly because it was like a mall there. TWO disney stores. =D In conclusion, it was a great time, but i'm very happy to be home again and see Ty. =)

God's will-not always what you want, but what needs to be done.

Well, the time finally came for Ty to leave for college. It's heartbreaking. But it's God's will, and i can't argue with that. Its just very very hard. 

I recently got the book "Preparing to be a Helpmeet" by Debi Pearl, and am very excited to read it. I just flipped to a page and what did it say? "Distance from a loved one makes the heart grow fonder" If thats not a clear sign from God then i don't know what is....

i know this blog was short, but i don't have much to say. I'll talk to ya'll later!

Hello.

Well, my sister-in-law told me I should get a blog account so I did. I always blog on my old myspace, so why not here? 

This weekend was a blast! Early early early Thursday morning my brother, sister-in-law, and their kids came in. Later on that night, we had the rest of my nieces and nephews come over and spend the night. Talk about a full house! There were nine all together. I can honestly say I don't remember a single silent time. haha. 

On Friday we all just kinda hung out, and then the men went golfing with some preachers for Saturday's Men's Advance. After the Men's Advance, (which went really well by the way) my boyfriend Ty and I took two of my nephews golfing. They had alot of fun. Turns out, they are really really good at it. Then the whole family including my uncle went to eat at Long John's. We sure did fill up that restaurant! After that we went home for a good nights sleep.

Sunday came and church went good. The family left after morning services. I sure did have a good time with them! Its nice to see them since we don't get to that often. We all love and miss them something terrible.

Now its time for school tomorrow. My last first day of school. Think my parents can handle that?
